Biography
Albert Edward Alcock (1912-1995), subsequently known as "Ted", was born in Chadderton Street, Salford on the 16th April 1912

and christened on the 28th April 1912 at St George, Hulme in Manchester. He was the son of William Alcock and Emily Jane Burgoyne.

Before long his family had moved west back to Liverpool from where his parents originated and from 1933-1940 he was shown living with them in Ashfield Street, Liverpool.

At the start of WW2, Ted, as he was known, was working as a general labourer

but by the end of it, the family had moved to Church Road West in Walton north of the city.

He stayed there for well over a decade until his marriage.

He married in late 1959 to Isabel Hardy in Crosby

and they would go on to have 2 children.
He died on the 4th October 1995

at which time they were living in Thornton, Lancashire.

He was cremated at Thornton Crematorium on the 9th October 1995.
