Biography

Florrie Alcock (1895-1925) was born in Northwich, Cheshire in 1895. She was the daughter of William Wood Alcock and Ann Hornby. ^[1]

In 1901 the family lived on London Road, Northwich and her father was a stonemason and slate man ^[2] but over the next few years would move to Huxley Street, Northwich. ^[3]

She attended Sir John Deane's grammar school in Northwich in 1910 to complete her education having previously attended Castle Elementary school in Northwich. ^[4]

She died in Northwich in 1925. ^[5]
