Biography

He was the son of John Alcock.

William married in August 1670, Jane Bamber, daughter of John Bamber, of Bamber Hall, Lancashire, Esq., Jane died in 1713 - will, dated 2 Feb. 1712, was proved 19 May, 1713.

2. Alice, married Michael Moore, of Drogheda, merchant
3. Jane, married Patrick Lattin, of Dublin, merchant
4. Elizabeth, married Robert Haly of Balyhaly, co Cork

6. William b. 1681 married 13 May 1701, Henrietta Mason, 3rd daughter of Sir John Mason, of Waterford, Knt.
7. John b. 1682

He died in 1705. His will dated 13 February 1705, was proved soon afterwards.
