1873 On 08 Oct Virginia married William F. Brewster in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.[5]
1890 Husband William Brewster appears on the US Census of Civil War Veterans as having been in the 9th Michigan Infantry for one year, 3 months beginning Aug 1861. It was noted that he had weak lungs and a severe cough.[6]
