On 08 January 1679/80, Experience Mitchell transferred land at Bridgewater to Edward Fobes. The deed was witnessed by John2 Soule and Jonathan2 Alden, their signatures all shown.[3]
On 4 March 1696/97, the letter of administration was granted to his widow Abigail. He died intestate. His inventory was taken on 3 March 1696/97 in Duxbury and recorded in Plymouth.[4]
In 1703, the estate distribution was set out to his widow, Abigail, and three sons (John (eldest) is the only child mentioned by name), and three daughters.[5]
