Biography
Descendant of Mayflower passengers John Alden and William Mullins.
Hiram was born in 1804 in Randolph, Massachusetts, the son of Simeon Alden and Rachel French.[1] He passed away in 1882.
The 1867 Memorial of the Descendants of the Hon. John Alden gives the following children:[2]
- Julia Ann, b. 1825
- Hiram Carroll, b. 1826
- Charlotte Augusta, b. 1831
- Margaret, b. 1833
- Caroline Francis. b. 1835
- Mary Celestina, b. 1837; d. 1840
