On May 2, 1803, at the age of 80 Eleazer passed away in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. [9] He was laid to rest at the First Cemetery in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts
Eleazer made his Will on 27 March 1802 and it was proven on the 1 August 1803. To his wife Sarah he left 1 cow, all of the movable in the house forever as long as she remains widow, keeping of a cow, sufficiency of meat, 9 bushels of corn, 3 bushels of rye, and $3.00 annually.
To his wife and daughter Mary he left on half of his pew, the easterly front room as well as the chamber above it, as well as the buttery and the cellar that goes with it. Full use of the kitchen and firewood. The estate was to go to his son Eleazar after the death of Sarah and Mary.
To Mary he left one cow and a good featherbed, a set of drawers, a great wheel, a foot wheel, a low cheats kitchen table set, for use for her forever as well as, long as she remained unmarried, sufficient meat, 9 bushels of corn and 3 bushels of rye.
To his daughters Martha Blossom and Abigail Snell, each $60.00 .
To his daughter Hannah Latham he gave $2.00. The remaining of his estate went to son Eleazar who was the executor of his estate. [11][12]
