Aldermen-2 and Alderman-291 appear to represent the same person because: same name, dates, mother
John Alderman had 2 daughters Mary Alderman and Kezziah Alderman. Both were married to Joshua James Blanton. Mary Alderman was mother to Abraham Blanton through which my line continues and can be proven through Abraham Blanton's will and census records down to my father.
