Biography

Charles Leslie Alderson was born in Glebe, New South Wales during 1868. He was the son of Charles Alderson & Mary Ann Smith.[1][2]

Charles Leslie Alderson married Alice Louisa Thornton in Redfern, New South Wales during 1889.[3] They had the following children:

  1. Leslie Charles Edward Alderson, born 1892 in Redfern[4][5]
  2. Elsie Blanche Alderson, born 1892 in Redfern[6]

His wife Alice died in the Coast Hospital on 27 January 1920. They had been living at 334 Botany Road, Alexandria, New South Wales.[7][8][9]

Charles died at his residence of 12 Walter street, Leichhardt, New South Wales on 1 September 1951.[10][11]
