Biography
Olive was born in 1913. She was the daughter of James Alderson and Ann Beaton. Olive married Charles Portullo Butler in 1933. They had one daughter. Charles passed away and for many years Olive was a single mum. In her old age she married Wally Comber. She passed away in 1994.

Kaye (Alderson) McArdle
Would often meet up with Ollie and Wally when we went shopping in Bendigo, back in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Would chat for ages with them,, They were so happy, and a lovely couple. Ollie was so thrilled that Wally had taken her to England to show her where he had been born and raised, her delight at the trip was so obvious.
