In the 1800 census James was in York District, South Carolina.[1] In the 1820 census James was in Gallatin, Sumner, Tennessee, United States.[2]In the 1830 census James was in Wayne, Tennessee.[3]
In the 1840 census James was in Jefferson, Tennessee.[4]James was employed on 14 May 1830 in Waynesboro, Wayne, Tennessee.[5]He passed away in 1840. James's estate was in the probate process in 1802-1846 in Roane, Tennessee, United States.[6]James was in a legal record on 2 February 1831 in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.[7]
