Biography
John Aldin was born 25 Mar 1682/3 in Christ Church, Middlesex, Virginia.
He married Frances Williamson on 16 February 1704 at Christ Church in Middlesex County, Virginia.[1]
His will was dated 23 February 1726 at Christ Church Parish of Middlesex, Virginia naming his beloved wife Frances; their five children, John Aldin, Elizabeth Smith, Frances, Martha, and Mary Aldin; and his son-in-law John Smith.[2]
John Alden likely passed away in early 1727. His will was proved 2 May 1727 in Middlesex County Court.

Alding-4 and Aldin-8 appear to represent the same person because: Same person, same wife. The differences between the profiles are easily explained. Alding-4 is not as well sourced as Aldin-8, and dates are probably guesses. The difference in LNAB is due to variations in spelling in the colonial period, but represent the same name. I would like to add sources for the children, but need the profiles for the parents merged first. Thank You!
