Abigail Aldis was born to John and Mary Aldis about 1692, likely in Dedham, which is where her younger and older sisters were born.^[1]

She married Gideon Draper on April 22, 1713 in Roxbury, Massachusetts. She and Gideon had the following known children (first seven recorded in Dedham:^[1]
