Biography
Joseph Isaïe Walter Alexander was born on 23 September 1850 in La-Baie-du-Febvre, and was baptized the same day. He was the son of Adolphus Alexander and Marie Anne Rollette.[1] He married Rose Adeline Meagher on 6 July 1886 in Windsor-Mills.[2]
