Biography

Kate was born 22 December 1846 in Muskingum County, Ohio.^[1] She was the daughter of Joseph F. Alexander and Susan Boyd.

She married, as his third wife, James Basil Conaway on 12 March 1868 in Muskingum County, Ohio, in a ceremony performed by Wm. Turner, M.G.^[2]

Kate died on 5 August 1919 in Roseville, Muskingum County,^[3] and she is buried there in the Roseville Cemetery.^[4]
