Biography

He might have died in Virginia.

A Genealogical and Heraldic Dictionary of the Landed Gentry of Great Britain, Volume 1, states he died without progeny.[1]

However, there's speculation that Joseph Alexander Alexander-9902 by Robert Alexander among others that Oliver, the immigrant, might actually be his father.

Emigration

To Pennsylvania Colony before 16 October 1764 [2]

Father's Will

He inherited an annuity from his father James though he (Oliver) was residing in the colonies at the time of his father's death.[3]
