Troë Wilhelmina Augusta Alfort was born on April 2, 1855 in Ekeby parish, Östergötlands län, Sweden. She was the daughter of Frank Alford and Johanna Fredrika (Hannah) Johansdotter.

She lived with her parents and siblings in Marion in Jasper County, Missouri in 1870.^[1]

She married Frank B Charlson.^[2]

She passed away about 1942.^[3]
