Biography

Cornwallis Alfred Chicheley Plowden, son of Arthur Wellington and Caroline Charlotte Plowden, was born on 27 July 1846 and baptised on 27 August 1846 in Meerut, Bengal, India.^[1]

Cornwallis Alfred Chichele Plowden, son of Arther Wellington Chichele Plowden, married Mary Catherine Plowden, daughter of George Augustus Chichele Plowden, on 5 Dec 1872 in Lahore, Bengal [now Pakistan].^[2]

Cornwallis died aged 48 on 22 April 1894 and was buried on 23 April 1894 at Ferozepore, Bengal.^[3]
