John Algie, age 22, Bachelor, Shipbuilder's Labourer, of 53 North Street, Whiteinch, Partick, (son of James Algie, Rivetter, Journeyman & Isabella Algie M.S. Wallace) & Isabella Struthers, age 19, Spinster, Paper Mill Worker, of 53 North Street, Whiteinch, Partick, (daughter of William Struthers, Railway Guard & Jane Struthers M.S. Winton) were married 6th November 1891 at 53 North Street, Whiteinch, Partick, Lanarkshire, Scotland after Publication according to the Forms of the Established Church of Scotland by W. Dow Bell, Minister, Whiteinch. John & Isabella both signed. Witnesses were Andrew Conerie & Jessie Law.[3]
John Algie died aged 65, in 1934 in Pollokshields, Glasgow, Scotland.[4]
