Beatrix Alington married, as his first wife, a wealthy landowner and armiger, John Killingworth (c1547 – 23rd May 1617; buried in Pampisford Parish Church, Cambridgeshire.) His second wife was Elizabeth, daughter of William Cheyney, Esq., and by her he left two sons, William and John, and three daughters.
By his first wife, Beatrix Alington, John Killingworth had six children: John (died young); Giles, of Balsham Place Manor, who married (1) Anne Hewick and (2) Elizabeth Hare; Margaret; Elizabeth; Alington; and Beatrix (d.1626).

An earlier publication of the The Cambridgeshire Visitation by Henry St.George, 1619, (from MSS. Phillipps, No.63, edited by Sir T. Banks, Bart., and published by C. Gilmour, 1840), contains a large pedigree on page 2, of Alington of Bottisham, (an earlier estate held by this family) upon which can be seen this lady, Beatrix, with her husband, John Killingworth.
