Biography
Johann Philip (All) Aal has German Roots.
Johan Philipp Aal was born in 1748 was born on 27 Oct 1748. He was the son of Adam Aal (born 18 Sep 1719) of Unterauerbach and Catharina, née Weidner.[1][2][3]
Johan Philipp had a sister, Christina Catharina, born 24 Dec 1750. According to the church record, the children went "with parents to the new land in 1752." They arrived in South Carolina on the ship "Brittania" in 1766. Parents and sister are not found in the SC record. Philip was granted 100A in Craven Co. (near Laurens-Newberry Co. line).
Johann Philip settled near Little Mountain in what is now Lexington Co., SC, and married Anna Margaretha Emig/Amick, daughter of Johann Conradt Emig and Anna Barbara, née Herion. They had the following children:
