Joseph Antoine Alain was born 3 June 1729. He was the son of Pierre Allain and Marguerite LeBlanc. He was baptized 29 June 1729 at Saint Charles des Mines, Grand-Pré, Acadia. His godparents were Monsieur Antione Gaulin, Missionary Grand Vicar, and Marie Denis.[1][2][3]
He passed away 13 May 1746, aged about 17 years.[4][5]
