Biography

Theophilus Wilder Allan was born at Lubec [1] or, more probably, Whiting, Maine (death record of son, Nelson), [2] 28 Apr 1804, the son of Mark Patton Allan and Susanna Wilder; [3] [4] died of old age at Dennysville, Maine, 7 Jan 1894, aged 89y 8m 10d, [1] and is buried in the Dennysville Cemetery. [5] [6]

He married, probably at Portland, Maine, 21 Aug 1828, Martha Rhodes Sargent. [3] [4] [7]
