Biography
Son of Nellie Elizabeth Ward Allbright Lobdell.
In 1900 he was living with his mother and sister Gertrude in Kansas City, Kansas. His mother Nellie was a clerk in the city hall; she was born Dec 1871 in Kansas (parents b Missouri), age 28 and divorced. Son Arthur b Jan 1893 age 7, single, b. Kansas as were parents. Daughter Girtrude b May 1894 age 6 b Kansas as were parents.[1]
