Biography

All things considered I put John Newton Shields as Jesse Newton Allen's father. some family members say they were married some say they weren't.

Mary was born about 1874. Mary Allen ... She passed away in 1963. Joel C Allen tombstone has Mrs. M. L. Allen, Still trying to figure that one out.

There is no record of Mary Lucinda ever marrying but 1900 census has her a widow. 1910 single, 1920 single and 1930 married.

There is some confusing information with the 1900 and 1910 census records involving names and dates of birth with Jesse was born in 1900, Bryan William is actually Ambrie born in 1897 and Asberry born in 1908 not 1899
