Biography

Increase was a Friend (Quaker)

When Increase Allen was born on February 8, 1660, in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, his father, Ralph, was 45 and his mother, Susannah, was 39. He married Rachael Sherman in 1687 in his hometown. They had ten children in 22 years. He died on March 7, 1723, in Bristol, Massachusetts, at the age of 63, and was buried in his hometown.

It looks to me as though Allen-1663 and Allen-4356 are two different people whose information has been mixed up, Spouse Rachel and dod of 7 Mar 1724 are the same, everything else is different

I think this Increase & Rachel Allen may be the grandparents of the Increase Allen, bc 1729, who is the grandfather of Increase Allen Lapham(-685)
