Biography
Robert was born in April 1866 in Kentucky. He is the son of Granville Allen and Theodocia Wallen. He had two sisters, Mary and China.
Robert L. Allen passed away at the age of 20 in August 1886 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky and is buried in Allen-Moore Cemetery, Rockcastle County.[1]
