He was born September 16, 1912 in Kelley's Cove Nova Scotia.[1]
He was a fisherman by trade.[2]
He married Marie Alfreda Pothier, the daughter of Francois Leon Pothier and Anne Delphine Pothier, on March 2, 1940 in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. [2]
Ocscar R. died in 1997, and was buried in the Chebougue Cemetery in Rockville, Nova Scotia.[3]
