Biography

Noel was born 12 August 1888 in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio.^[1] He was the son of Alfred Snyder Allen and Josephine Conaway.

He married first Clyda Mary Frances Cooper on 6 May 1911 in Perry County, Ohio, in a ceremony performed by C. F. Bowman, Minister, Roseville.^[2] They divorced sometime before 1927, when Noel remarried.

He married second Elta Belle Garvey circa 1927.^[3]

Noel died on 20 July 1974 in Brazil, Clay County, Indiana,^[4] and he is buried in Roseville in the Rose Hill Cemetery.^[5]
