Martha Allen was born on December 17, 1845, in Newark Valley, New York.[1] She married Oliver Holden and they had the following children:

  3. George
  4. Hollis
  5. William
  6. Doris
  7. Oren (?)

Martha died on May 4, 1903, in Owego, New York. She was 57.
She is interred in the Flemingville Cemetery, Flemingville, Tioga, New York, United States of America, [2] Martha's will was executed by her son, Orrin, who inherited her property with the stipulation that he give a home to his father, Oliver Holden, as long as he lived. [3]
