Martha died on May 4, 1903, in Owego, New York. She was 57.
She is interred in the Flemingville Cemetery, Flemingville, Tioga, New York, United States of America, [2] Martha's will was executed by her son, Orrin, who inherited her property with the stipulation that he give a home to his father, Oliver Holden, as long as he lived. [3]
