Sarah was born about 1748 (estimated). She is the daughter of Charles Allen. ^[1]

Research Notes

Father was Charles Allen (1709-1758). Unsure about her mother but guessing that 'Walker' was a surname in her family line (hence Sarah's unusual middle name, which they often did to carry on a female family's surname). <--- Looking into the Allen Families of Virginia from The Edward Pleasants Valentine Papers Vols I-IV, 1864-1908 Vol1. Allen, P. 7, is an Elizabeth Walker whose Will lists a daughter, Elizabeth Allen in the will as well other names associated with the Allen family. This may be what connects this Walker (name) family to the Allen family. If so, then Walker would have come from the Allen side of the family, not from the mother.

She passed away about 1800.
