Biography

Lydia was born in 1751, the daughter of Samuel and Mary (Robins) Allen, members of the Society of Friends in Burlington, New Jersey. She married Nathan Middleton in 1767, and they had the following children:

3. Joseph Middleton
4. Mary Middleton
5. George Middleton
6. Nathan Middleton, Jr.
7. Ann Middleton
8. Gabriel Middleton
9. Allen Middleton

Lydia passed away in 1816 at 75 years of age.
