WOMAN SEVERELY BURNED.
RUSHWORTH, Wednesday. Mrs. Elizabeth Martin, a middle-aged woman, who lives with her husband at Rushworth, was working near the fire yesterday morning when her voile skirt caught fire. Her screams brought her two daughters to her assistance and they extinguished the flames by throwing water on them. Mrs. Martin, however, was severely burned about the back and shoulders.
Dr. Ubber was summoned, and ordered her removal the Mooroopna Hospital, whither she was taken on Wednesday morning.
