Biography

Lucy was born in 1892. She was the daughter of Samuel Allen and Philippa Hobbs.

She cannot be located in the 1900 Census but in 1910, she is with her parents Samuel and Philippa as well as her brother Sam and her sister Gracie in Dow, Pittsburg county, Oklahoma.^[1]

Lucy never married and in the 1920 Census, she is with her widowed father Sam and her brother Sam in Dow, Oklahoma.^[2]

In 1930, she is still with her widowed father Sam and her brother Sam in Dow.^[3]

In 1940, she was with her sister Grace and her husband Martin Haig and their daughter Christine in McAlester, Pittsburg county, Oklahoma.^[4]

Lucy died on September 15, 1871 in Pittsburg county, Oklahoma.
