He married Mary Hayward, daughter of Nathaniel and Martha (Wood) Hayward, on 30 Dec. 1756.
Ebenezer died on 19 March 1812 at Westerlo, Albany County, New York and was buried at Westerlo Central Cemetery, Westerlo, Albany County, New York. His memorial has a photo of his headstone, biographical material and links to those of family members.
