Biography

Jasper was born in 1838. He died in 1913. Jasper was a tanner and died of terminal paresis at the age of 75.

Parents: Jesse Allen and Matilda (Forte) Allen.[1]

Jasper married Jane F. (Black) Allen (1839 - 1919) around 1858. Findagrave #59531866
