Real estate to be sold: also residue of personal estate. Children, David, Mahlon, Jeremiah, William, eac $100 and children of dec’d son, Samuel (except Hannah), to have $100 divided between them. Daughter, Rachel Ayers, $75. To Joseph, Ralph, and Rebecca Allen (children of my daughter, Delilah Allen), to have $75 divided between them; but if her husband, Kent Allen, dies before her, said legacies to their mother, Delila. Debts due me from sons and sons-in-law, Lewis Ayers and Kent Allen to be received without interest. Executors – son, Jeremiah, son-in-law, Lewis Ayers. Witnesses – David James, Maskell Ware, Charles Clark. Proved July 8, 1817.
