Biography

Evelyn (Allen) Collins is a part of US Black heritage.

Evelyn was born in 1926. She was the daughter of Henry Allen and Lottie Wooden.

The 1930 Census^[1] shows her at age 4 in the home of her parents in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.

The 1940 Census^[2] shows her at age 14 in the home of her parents in Civil District 1, Shelby County, Tennessee.

She married Eddie L. Collins. Their children include:

1. Eddie L. Collins Jr. (1953-1953)^[3]

She passed away in 2003,^[4] and is buried at the Memphis National Cemetery in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.^[5]
