It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
Actually, the profiles for the John's are the same, but the child linked is incorrect as well as the parents linked. Maybe separate the relationships since they don't belong to each other at all.
The age parents of this person do not make any sense ie his father was 7 and his mother was 12 when he was born. Perhaps the incorrect parents are attached or the parents birth dates are incorrect?
Allen-11146 and Allen-14701 appear to represent the same person because: Clearly they are the same person. Same wife, a same child. Also my great^5 grandfather.
