They are still in Empingham in 1851. Living with Thomas and Ann is their son Henry (25), an agricultural labourer, his wife Harriet (23) an their children Tom (2) and Mary Ann (1). Thomas occupation is give as 'On the Parish Roads'. The family name appears on the census as Wand. [3]
in 1871, Ann lived with her son Harry Wann (46), a Carrier & Cottage of 20 Acres, his wife Harriet (44) and children, Mark (16), and Harriet (9) at Empingham, Rutland. [4]
Ann passed away in 1871, age 86.[5]
