Biography
William was born in 1781. He died in 1859 at the age of 77.
Parents: Jesse Allen 1754 - 1824 and Elizabeth (Eikor) Allen 1755 - 1845. The family removed to Wysox, Bradford, Pennsylvania in 1785 with his father.
William married 3/27/1803 Eleanor Coolbaugh.
