Biography

Mary Allender (married name Trewin) was born in 1873 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia[1], the daughter of John ALLENDER and Mary Ann TURNER.

She married Leonard Charles Trewin on 1 May 1900 at the Cathedral Church, Ballarat, Victoria.[2]

TREWIN—ALLENDER.—On the 1st May, 1900, at the Cathedral Church, by the Very Rev. N. Lyndon-Parkyn, Dean of Ballarat, Leonard Charles, son of Thomas Trewin, Merton-grange, Waubra, to Elvira Mary, eldest daughter of John Allender, of Ballarat.

Their son was:

Alvira died on 19 December 1957 in Sandringham, Melbourne, Victoria, aged 84 years.[5][6]
