"Mary Jane Allgood was born Feb. 16 1845, a Twin to Richard Banister Allgood. She became Columbus Parson second Wife. They lived a farm near Keowee River. Was buried at Mile Creek Church. No children. Columbus Son Julius Parson married Lillie Bowen, daughter of Rebecca Bowen. There were several children, found in the Rebecca A. Bowen Chapter. [1]"
Mary Jane's niece, Lillian Tesora Bowen married Julius E. Parsons (her stepson).
