Biography

Roy Allie was born about 1907 in Iowa to Charles Allie and Josephine Quillen.[1]

Charles T. and his wife, Josie are living in Story, Story, Iowa in 1910.[2] The households included Jessie, Tony, Claude, Martha, Willard, Ida, and Roy, plus three roomers, two of whom were school teachers. Charles was farming, Jessie was working as a farm laborer, and Martha was a servant for a private family.

Charles, Josephine, and Roy were living in Harrison, Boone, Iowa in 1925.[1] Their religion is listed as Protestant.

Charles and Josephine Allie were living in Harrison, Boone County, Iowa in 1930.[3] Charles and Roy were farming. Roy and his wife, Edna were living with Charles, along with their daughters, Betty Mae, Norma Jane, and Barbara Ann. All the little girls were born in Iowa.
