Biography
Ethel was born in 1892 to Franklin Allin and Mary C. Beman in Durham County.[1]
She married a Mr. Down sometime after 1921 and was left widowed. She then married J. Frank Osborne in 1934 in Oshawa. She passed away in 1949.[2]
