Biography

Robert Allison lived in Derry Township, in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He was unmarried. On December 24, 1762, Robert patented 344 acres of land in Mount Joy Township and Derry Township. Robert died in late 1765 or early 1766, in Derry Township.

Never married. Will Mar 1766 Philadelphia Co, Pennsylvania. His will bequeaths L100 to the trustees of the Philadelphia Hospital, L100 to the "grammar school at Newark, ten miles from Newcastle", and the balance of his estate to his brothers and sisters.

On June 1, 1768, the executor, William Allison, and James Allison sold Robert Allison’s 344 acres of land (in Mount Joy Township and Derry Township), to Christian Snyder of Derry Township.
