Francis was born about 1808. He passed away in 1879. [1]

I believe the father of Francis is either Samuel or Daniel Allison. They are listed as probable brothers of Benjamin b. ca 1750 and died 1807.Or Daniel [migrated to Gallia County, OH in 1803] may have been an elder son of Benjamin, who was living in Gallia County in 1807 and appointed as Guardian of Benjamin's children, 13 year old son Samuel, 11 yr old Jemima, 9 yr old Thomas, & 7 yr old James.
