George was born on 30 July 1824 in Concord, New Hampshire. He was the son of David Allison and his wife Mary Branson.^[1]

George married Esther J. Nyes on 27 November 1846.^[2]

George died (age 42y 6m) on 5 February 1867 in Amesbury, Massachusetts.^[4]
