Biography
Eva Lou Vera Allman was born 7 Dec 1886 in Texas (likely Limestone County) to Joseph Allman(d) and Margaret Penrod.[1]
Eva Allman and Jake Thompson Jr. were the parents of daughter Paralee Thompson Lindley (14 Apr 1908 - 17 Dec 1981) who was married to Bernice Lindley. Paralee was born in Texas and died in Groesbeck, Limeston County TX[2]

Eva & Jake were married 2 Jun 1907 in Groesbeck, Limestone County [4] and they appear on the 1910 and 1920 censuses in Limestone County, TX as follows in 1910[5]:
Luther is apparently the son of Jake's father Jake M. Thompson (see his profile and the 1910 census entry). Jake Sr. appears widowed in the 1920 census in Limestone County (born TX 1852, parents from Alabama)[7].
In 1930 Eva & Jake appear with son Allman in precinct 6, Limestone County [8]and in 1940 without any children.[9]
Eva died 7 Sep 1961 in Thornton, Limestone County as confirmed by her death certificate referenced above and is buried in the Old Union cemetery there.
