Anne Allman was born in Bandon, County Cork, Ireland in about 1818, the daughter of Elizabeth (Dowden) Allman and George Allman.
She migrated to Australia with her family in 1852 aboard the ship Peru which sailed from Queenstown, Cork arriving at Port Phillip on 25 December 1852. [1]
Anne died on 3 February 1894 at Thomas Street, Richmond, Victoria, aged 76 years.[2][3]
